Coordination Packages

2. Rehearsal Coordination

Investment: $350 and up

  • Attend Rehearsal for Wedding (up to 2 hours)

  • Act as liason with venue to confirm time and details for the rehearsal

  • Manage entire rehearsal including Bridal Party, Officiant and Bridal Couple

  • Work with clients to ensure rehearsal runs according to processional order plan

  • Work with any DJ or vendors present

  • Run rehearsal music (if applicable)

3. Social Media Takeover Package

Investment: $400

  • Have our social media manager take over your social media for your wedding day while you enjoy yourself!

  • One in person meeting with media manager and coordinator to create shot list/schedule for wedding day

  • Media manager present during whole wedding getting ready/ceremony/reception to document day on social media

  • Film Instagram boomerangs of bride/bridal party

  • Create memes, gifs and TikTok reels from bridal party, bridal couple and guests

  • Go live on Instagram/TikTok/Facebook at any time during the day (or you pick the times!)

  • Livestream the wedding ceremony for your out of state relative or friends (We recommend Facebook!)

  • Take behind the scenes photos throughout the day (example: guys and girls getting ready, wedding arch being created, tables being decorated) so you can enjoy the setting up process later!

  • All social media work is done via your cellphone.

3. RSVP Invitation Management

Investment: $500

  • Management of guest RSVP's

  • Create shared Google Drive Guest list with Client containing confirmed and declined guests.

  • Unlimited email/text/phone call communication with guests regarding event details/hotel bookings

  • Create reminder email/text messages to remind guests of booking deadlines

  • Communicate final number of RSVP's to Venue/Caterer (where requested)

  • Book hotel rooms where needed for client and guests

Details:

Up to 4 hours of wedding day off management coverage for one venue location

For events up to 30 in-person guests.

 

  • Day off coordination and management

  • One pre-wedding planning meeting (phone call or zoom options available)

  • Unlimited email correspondence throughout your planning

  • Assistance creating fully detailed wedding day timeline beginning two months from wedding date

  • Pre-wedding outreach to all vendors one week before event to deliver timeline, confirm services and arrival

  • Manage vendors on wedding day and act as point of contact for needs

  • Set up and styling of ceremony/reception decor, and welcome table

  • Cueing of the processional music and family/bridal party entrance

  • Disburse vendor payments or gratuities on client’s behalf

  • Troubleshoot venue/vendor/guest emergencies with discretion

  • Assist venue staff with necessary changes in case of inclement weather

  • Access to the “No Glitch Kit” full of beauty, health and practical use supplies

  • Assist DJ; call to dinner at conclusion of cocktail hour, coordination of grand entrance, dismissal of tables for buffet service  and other tasks that may require additional support to keep event timeline on track

  • Organize/pack up all decor brought by clients

  • Check-out with all vendors before departing {usually after cake cutting}

Details:

Up to 8 hours of day of wedding coordination management coverage for one venue location

For weddings up to 100 guests (If two event locations, or over 100 guests please add additional planner fee of $300).

  • Day off coordination and management for 8 hours

  • Assistance creating fully detailed wedding day timeline beginning two months from wedding date

  • Pre-wedding outreach to all vendors to distribute timeline, services and arrival one week prior 

  • Manage vendors on wedding day and act as point of contact for needs

  • Confirm ceremony site set-up completed by venue staff, florists and rental vendors

  • Set-up of ceremony items (Example: paper goods, programs and signage)

  • Confirm reception set-up completed by venue staff such as linens and place settings.

  • Set-up of reception décor; guest sign-in table, unity ceremony items, photos and gift table/card box

  • Set-up of reception tablescape items (Examples:  charger plates, votives, table runners, escort cards, name tags, favors, toasting flutes)

  • Disburse vendor payments or gratuities on client’s behalf

  • Troubleshoot emergencies with discretion

1. Add an Hour to Coordination

Investment: $100 per extra hour (single planner) or $200 (planner + assistant)

  • Add an extra hour or more of coordination to fit your event timeline just right!

  • Perfect if you need extra time for setup or tear down outside of standard 8 hours

  • If your venue has a strict load out cutoff or requires that the coordinator be the  last                                                           out we highly recommend you plan to have coordination service last one hour past the end of the event

  • Available up to a total of 10 hours 

2. Add a Assistant Coordinator

Investment: $300 for the day (up to 10 hours)

  • Required for events with 100+ guests or with two different locations

  • Extra help to set up dining tables/decor/direct guests/cue bridal party

  • Assistance setting up in one location while head planner is managing second location

3. WeddinRehearsal Attendance/Coordination

Investment: $395​

  • One hour of Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

  • One meeting with client to discuss goals for rehearsal and timeline

  • Delivery of all content in 24 hours

  • We can use our equipment and/or your phone if requested.

Our Past Couples

Katie is an angel on earth! The only thing I would have done differently is to hire her sooner in the process. We used Katie for coordination and I don’t know if I can convey in words what a relief it was to have her on our team. We both had event experience and felt comfortable planning the details and design plan of the wedding so we were originally hesitant to hire a coordinator but, we decided to and it was the best decision. We had some family emergencies very close to the wedding and Katie handled them with such grace and professionalism. When we needed to focus on family instead of a wedding she ran with the punches and allowed us such flexibility and kindness. Day of, everyone involved felt so calm knowing that our vendor team was so put together and it resulted in a beautiful, fun and well run day.
