I had so much fun working with Kathy and Sam on this project. The inspiration for this design was modern tea ceremony but in a modern left venue combined with a traditional western wedding.
Our venue was located at the beautiful Flora in downtown Gaslamp San Diego. Its a amazing hidden gem that feels like a dream the moment you step inside. We took advantage of the abundant live plants in the venue as part of our design. For the day we began with a traditional Chinese tea ceremony with the parents and couple. The bride wore a beautiful set of custom gowns handmade by the talented Yamileth with Designs by Yami.
